 You get what you pay for when you outsource too many thing for the wrong reasons.  Walter Reed Army Hospital utilizes an outsourced security firm to provide security for the hospital that takes care of troops coming home from the war in need of medical attention.  They even take care of the President.

Two of the guards of the firm got into an argument this morning and one pulled his weapon and started firing at the second security guard.  The second guard ran across the street to escape and evade hostile fire in our Nations Capital and the hospital that serves our capital.

Outsourced contracting of work at Walter Reed Hospital was one of the focal points of an investigation into sub standard living conditions and care provided for our troops.  Now the security of our troops when they are on their home soil under the care of  an Army Hospital is in question.
