Vice President Dick Cheney could be called by the prosecution to testify in the case against the Vice President's former top aid I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby. Scooter is charged with lying to the FBI and a Federal Grand jury about how and when he learned about the identity of a CIA officer, whose identity as a CIA officer was later told to reporters and published.
