Jeb Bush Declares State of Emergency for Ernesto
Jeb Bush signed a state of emergency Sunday afternoon as the State of Florida prepares for Tropical Storm Ernesto, which will likely come within range of Key West before travelling on up the Western gulf coast of Florida.
